In association with the US-based Akron Rubber Development Laboratory (ARDL), the seminar on "Rubber Testing and Design for US Automotive Industry" was hosted in Cochin and ,"The Auto Rubber India '98", in Mumbai.Also, a national Seminar on "Real-Estate-Trends and Opportunities" was held in association with HUDCO in August 1998 in Cochin.
